Lovely villa, great pool, very private

It was an excellent vacation nice villa with nice people they take care of everything you need. Very clean

We stayed 9 days in this villa just outside of Pattaya, and we only went to town twice. There was NO NEED to go to town. We had nearly everything we needed right there at the villa, and what we didn't have our gracious hosts were able to provide. They took us to market, helped us order food, and even arranged for poolside massages right there in the villa. We had a large group with 4 kids, but there was plenty for them to do here to avoid boredom. We played games, watched movies, listened to music on the bluetooth surround sound system, and of course, lots of swimming! I highly recommend this place and would love to go back.

When we arrived at the villa, we were stunned. The pictures shown don't do justice to the place. We got a great reception and the house was SPOTLESS, what is quite remarkable, if you see how big the villa is. There were lots of toys and inflatable gadgets available for free, the pool-table was in very good condition and the kids loved to play on the playground, the table swing was loved by the aunts and grandma. At night, the lights and fountains made the place MAGICAL! The kitchen had more utilities and machines than we could hope for and even outside in the pool-bar everything was there! We were lucky to have a talk to Raymond (owner), he told us about the villa and surroundings. What a wonderful host it is, we will come back for sure! I don't think another villa can top this! Ray, if you read this, THANK YOU SO MUCH for having us and I look forward to see you soon on the next holiday! Ronny

A beautiful place perfect for a big group get-together. We loved the outdoor areas with the pool, the light decorations, the pool table, the football table, the karaoke, and the 2 big grills

Fantastic Villa in a quiet location ( though easy to reach amenities if needed). Every thing you need and more. Beautiful pool, lots of space inside and out. Ray and his lovely wife are super helpful and made us incredibly welcome. Will definitely stay again. (We were 2 families: 4 adults, 1 teenager, an 11, 8, 5, 3 years old and 4 month old too!)

Villa is not like a place for rent is like your home. We stayed 4 days and we felt excellent. It is a bit far from city but we had a rented car and travel without problems. The swimming pool, pool table, sound system etc. are good assets. Clean rooms. Big enough toilets and showers, very quiet, salty water in the swimming pool, markets and shops very close to villa, a lot of towels for inside house and for swimming pool, toys for children and not only, Jacuzzi, all you need in the kitchen, outside bar, good beds and pillows, parking lot inside, secure place, nice garden, owner available all time and provide support with transportation and other things in case of need, tables inside and outside, sun chairs next to the pool. What can I say, everything was excellent. Definitely we will stay again here.

Your resort is an amazing luxury pool villa. It lived up to and exceeded our expectations. There was everything we could possibly need there. We had a wonderful family holiday.
